7. Communication
Official support is provided via our ticket system on Discord. This ensures issues are
tracked and resolved efficiently.
We do not provide official support via private messages or outside platforms.
Staff will never ask for your account password.
8. Termination
Customers may cancel their service directly through the client area at any time. Once
cancelled, the service will remain active until the end of the billing cycle, unless terminated
earlier by the customer.
If payment is overdue, the service may be automatically suspended and later terminated.
Termination means all related data, files, and configurations are deleted and cannot be
recovered.
Valhosting may also suspend or terminate services immediately if you break these Terms of
Service, misuse our platform, or engage in prohibited activities (e.g., attacks, illegal use,
abuse).
All unpaid invoices remain your responsibility even after cancellation or termination.
