data related to your servers. We also record login sessions, IP addresses, and account
activity to help keep your account secure. Any communication you send us through Discord,
email, or our platform may also be stored for support and service purposes.
2. How We Use Information
The information we collect is used to provide and maintain your hosting services, process
payments, respond to support requests, improve our platform, and protect system security.
Session tracking allows you to review and revoke access to your account at any time. We do
not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
3. Data Storage and Security
Your account information is stored securely within our systems. Payment details are
processed only by trusted providers such as PayPal or Stripe; Valhosting does not store full
payment data. We take steps to protect your information from unauthorized access, but we
cannot guarantee complete prevention of data loss or breaches caused by hacking,
hardware failure, or user error.
4. Data Access and Control
You have the ability to view and manage your login sessions directly in your account
dashboard, where you can revoke active sessions if needed. You may also download a copy
of the data stored about your account in real time by using the "Download My Data" option.
5. Data Retention and Deletion
We keep account data for as long as you maintain an active service with Valhosting. When
you cancel or delete your account, related data such as server files, transaction history, and
stored personal information are permanently removed. If you delete your account through
the client area, this action is irreversible and also forfeits any remaining account credit
balance. Billing records may be retained longer where necessary for administrative
purposes.
6. Your Rights
You may request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask for corrections, or delete
your account at any time through the client area. Deletion is permanent and removes all
associated data, services, and credits. You are also free to withdraw consent by cancelling
your services.
