Terms of Service

Last Updated: November 2025

Welcome to Valhosting. By using our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service.
These terms are designed to protect both Valhosting and our users, and to ensure that our
hosting environment is fair, safe, and reliable.

1. General Valhosting is a community-driven hosting project providing game server hosting and related services. By purchasing or using our services, you agree to follow these terms. We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services means you accept the changes.

2. Services Valhosting provides hosting for selected games and platforms through a Pterodactyl-based panel. Services are self-managed unless otherwise specified. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure.

3. Payments and Pricing All services must be paid in advance. Prices may change at any time with prior notice. Existing clients will keep their current pricing unless they upgrade or downgrade their service. Failure to pay an invoice will result in automatic suspension or termination of your service.

4. Refunds Refunds may be requested within 48 hours of purchase if we cannot deliver the service as described. In some cases, refunds may be issued as account credit instead of to the original payment method. Account credits are non-refundable but can be used for future purchases. Any attempt to dispute or reverse a payment (chargeback) will result in immediate termination of services.

5. Acceptable Use You agree not to use Valhosting services for:

● Hosting or distributing malware, viruses, or malicious code.

● Running crypto-mining software.

● Launching or participating in DDoS attacks or other abusive network activity.

● Hosting pirated, illegal, or copyrighted content without permission.

● Spamming, phishing, or any other disruptive activities.

You are also responsible for the content and behavior of your server. Any server found to be
disrupting other users or the stability of our systems may be suspended or terminated.

6. Uptime and Responsibility We aim to provide stable and reliable hosting with strong performance and low latency. While we cannot guarantee 100% uptime, we make every effort to maintain availability and resolve issues quickly if they occur. We take steps to protect customer data, including system-level safeguards and backup options where applicable. However, we do not guarantee prevention of data loss caused by hacking, hardware failure, or user error. Customers are ultimately responsible for creating and managing their own backups unless otherwise specified in their package.
